How long does setup take?
Shared Hosting accounts, Weebly, Security Products and Domains are set up instantly upon payment. Cloud Servers are set up by our team by hand after you accept your quote.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract for any of our products. You may, however, sign up for a longer term (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) for discounted pricing based on the product. A product may be cancelled at any time though we do not provide pro-rated refunds on products cancelled mid-term.
How do you differ from budget hosting providers?

Do you offer a trial period or guarantee?
Shared Hosting accounts come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Cloud Servers that are cancelled within the first 30 days will receive a pro-rated refund. Sales of security products, domain names and most other add-on products are non-refundable.
After I set up my hosting account or server, how do I build a web site?
Hosting and Servers are a blank slate for many different types of web sites created with a number of available tools. Most business owners and individuals who wish to create their own web site will start by installing WordPress (we can help!) or will sign up for our Weebly Site Builder service. Professional developers or customers who are working with a developer may choose another tool or upload site files via SFTP.
Can my hosting account provide e-mail accounts?
All Web Hosting and Cloud Server accounts can provide IMAP-based e-mail with webmail that is Mac, PC, iOS and Android friendly. You can create as many e-mail accounts, forwarders, and auto-responders as you need. We highly recommend that our customers who are serious about e-mail consider signing up for our G-Suite and Advanced Spam Filtering services, both of which are managed by us.
Can I host multiple web sites for multiple domain names?
All of our accounts can support multiple domain names andd web sites.
Are there any freebies that come with a Red Cellar account?
To start, our accounts are all-inclusive — kind of a like a high end resort! This means that you can have as many domains, sites, e-mail accounts, databases, etc. on a single hosting account at no additional cost. We are also a CloudFlare Certified Partner and offer Global CDN at no charge to all customers. Every site also receives free basic SSL. We have a number of other free tools available as well. What is the difference between the Client Area, cPanel and WHM?
Our Client Area is where you go to set up and manage your Red Cellar products and account information. WHM and cPanel allow you to manage the technical aspects of your hosting account or cloud servers.
